A local delivery fee of 12.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If the recipient's address is incorrect and a delivery was attempeted to the address provided, an additional $10 correction fee will be added to your order. We are not resonibile for deliveries made to the wrong address provided by the costomer. If such delivery is made, the customer assumes full responsibility for the entire purchase.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Orders are processed immediately, and usually can not be changed. Due to the urgent nature florist delivered products we are unable to cancel orders already in process, enroute or delivered. Email changes or cancelations are NOT accepted! To cancel or change a order that has been processed, please call the shop immediately. All changes or cancelations MUST be verbally approved by a manger. All refunds are in store credits only no exceptions!
If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24-48 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. in many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and or no neighbor were available to accept the order. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if this occurs. All deliveries are accompanied with a delivery slip and is asked to be signed by recipient, neighbor and or office. If delivery slip is signed by recipient, someone from that household/neighbor and or office Sarah's Creation Florist no longer resume resonpility for that arrangement/delivery. Please note that we make every effort to make the delivery on the scheduled date. Because we are working with perishable products, sometimes Mother Nature works aganist us, and particular situations (leaving on porch) may be out of our control. - If a order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of quality of the arrangement, the recipent should contact the florist directly. In almost every case, we will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement Sarah's Creations Florist must be contacted with in 24 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. No refunds or replacement will be made for any order should the recipent or sender not notify us within 1 day of the original delivery date. It is the responsibility of the sender to review all of this information provided on this website relating to refunds and or replacements - Sarah's Creations Florist reservers the right to reject any order provided to us that deem questionable or possibly fraudilent. when Sarah's Creations Florist receives an order, we review the entire order and periodically compare the information provided to us with the bank of the person placing the order. If we determine that fraudulent information is provided we will send an email to the sender to inform them of the situation to determine if the information was provided in error. -All refunds approved by a manager are for same, similar or in store credit only.
